The EU official said she would meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky; she pledged to work with Ukraine to guarantee access to the bloc’s single market and bring Ukraine into the EU’s free-roaming network. “We will empower Ukraine to make the most of its potential. I am going to Kyiv today,” she said on Sept. 14.
