Governor: Mobile internet cut off in Russian-occupied Luhansk Oblast.

Russia ordered the local mobile operator to cut the remaining residents off mobile internet for “security reasons,” Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai said on Sept. 14. According to him, Russian forces continue to assert that nothing “threatening” is happening in the region.
