Governor: Ukrainian air defense shoots down Russian missile over Cherkasy Oblast

Cherkasy Oblast Governor Ihor Taburets reported on Sept. 16 that the missile was downed over the oblast’s Uman district, causing minor damage to several non-residential buildings and an emergency shutdown of power supply facilities. He said there were no casualties.
