The Ministry of Defense of Lithuania has released a photo of M113 armored personnel carriers, which are already on their way to Ukraine. The photos were published on Twitter. While this equipment is on its way, the Ukrainian artillery which had been damaged in the battles is being sent to Lithuania for repair.
“Lithuania’s military support to Ukraine continues. Howitzers with battlefield injuries are on their way to Lithuania, where we will organise their repair. At the same time, our M113 armoured personnel carriers continue their journey to the battlefield in Ukraine,” the statement reads.

The day before, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis announced that the country would hand over two batches of armored personnel carriers to Ukraine, although the diplomat did not specify which armored vehicles and in what quantity would be transferred.
Supposedly, one of these batches is M113 armored personnel carriers. Lithuania has already transferred such armored vehicles to Ukraine. As previously reported, Lithuania will be repairing Ukrainian PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers.
