Power supply restored in 80% of Kharkiv Oblast

Details: At 08:27, Tymoshenko reported that "Power and water supply in the city [of Kharkiv] and [Kharkiv] Oblast has been 80% restored. We are continuing to work [on restoring supply in the rest of the Oblast]."
Earlier, Mykhailo Podoliak said that "deliberate, direct strikes on critical civilian infrastructure - in particular, on Kharkiv's largest Thermal Power Plant No.5 - is an undeniable act of terror committed by Russia that attests to its desire to leave large swathes of civilians without power and heat." The State Emergency Service reported that around 20:00 on Sunday, 11 September, Russian forces launched two missiles on "a critical infrastructure target in the Kholodnohirskyi neighbourhood of Kharkiv, which plays a crucial role in power supply of the entire region", and on a similar facility in the Slobozhanske hromada, in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv Oblast.
The equipment of the facility in the Kholodnohirskyi neighbourhood (Kharkiv) caught on fire, as did its administrative building, which has also been severely damaged. Two members of the facility's staff have been killed.

By the time emergency workers arrived on the scene, the fire had spread over a total area of 1,000 square metres.
More than 12 operational units of the State Emergency Service took part in the effort to address the effects of the Russian attack. Experts from the military-civilian administration and municipal and emergency services were also involved. Firefighters deployed nine water and two foam barrels to extinguish the fire.
Fire spread over a total of 70 square kilometres in the Slobozhanske hromada. Two people were injured. The fire was extinguished by 22:15.
The city of Kharkiv sustained another Russian missile strike around midnight. One of the missiles hit a three-storey residential building in the Novobavarskyi neighbourhood; the building was damaged. One man was killed, another two people sustained injuries. There was no fire.
