Russia shells Nikopol region in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast overnight

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko said that overnight on Sept. 14, Russian forces fired heavy artillery at the Nikopol and Marhanets communities, firing 75 shells. There were no casualties, Reznichenko said.
