Russian troops shell 5 communities in Sumy Oblast

Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said Russian forces used various weapons to strike at Ukrainian settlements throughout the oblast on Sept 15. No casualties have been reported, but the city of Seredyna-Buda lost power after an electrical station was hit.
