Strike on Kharkiv infrastructure facility: there are killed person and wounded person in Kharkiv Oblast

Details: At the same time, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated that the situation is under control despite all the Russians' efforts to influence the situation at the front by striking critical infrastructure facilities.
