Strike on Kharkiv infrastructure facility: there are killed person and wounded person in Kharkiv Oblast

Quote Torianyk: "According to the staff, there were two people on duty in the room where the rocket had hit. One was found killed. We continue to look for the second one."

Details: At the same time, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated that the situation is under control despite all the Russians' efforts to influence the situation at the front by striking critical infrastructure facilities.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed that some oblasts in eastern Ukraine were under massive shelling by the occupiers on Sunday, as a result of which power supply facilities and a number of cities and towns were cut off. Quote from Syniehubov: "A man was killed following the attacks on critical infrastructure of the city of Kharkiv; he worked at a local business. Rescue workers are continuing search operations.

Emergency medical workers hospitalised a 35-year-old man at another facility, in the Chuhuiv district [of Kharkiv Oblast]. He sustained a blast injury." More details: Meanwhile, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that the situation in Kharkiv Oblast is under control despite Russia's attempts to influence the course of action on the front by targeting Ukraine's critical infrastructure.

Previously: There are power outages in several neighbourhoods of the city of Kharkiv and in Kharkiv Oblast following Russian attacks on critical infrastructure targets. Power supply has also been disrupted in Sumy, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.  Power supply has been restored in Sumy, Poltava and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.

Experts are currently working to restore power in Kharkiv Oblast.
