Explosions heard in Khmelnytskyi Oblast, hits reported in Vinnytsia Oblast

ROMAN PETRENKO -- MONDAY, 17 OCTOBER 2022, 15:19 Serhii Hamalii, the Head of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast Military Administration, reported that the sounds of explosions could be heard in the Oblast. Hits are also reported in Vinnytsia Oblast.

Details: It is currently unknown whether these are actual explosions or the anti-aircraft missiles hitting their targets. Updated: The media report that explosions occurred in Vinnytsia Oblast; Telegram channels report several strikes.
