Source: Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office Quote: "Sites of mass graves have been discovered in Sviatohirsk and Lyman.
78 bodies have been exhumed, some showing clear signs of violent death. The dead have gunshot wounds, broken ribs and skulls, and mine-explosive traumas.
Locals recounted that the invaders would shoot people right on the streets.
During the occupation, a father and his son were killed in Sviatohirsk: the younger man required urgent medical intervention due to multiple injuries, so his father started shouting and asking for help, but the 'liberators' shot the elderly man. The son also died. Russian atrocities are visible as soon as you enter the city: on the way, you are 'greeted' by the sight of a burnt-out car in which two citizens were burned alive.
The youngest victim was only one year old.
The little girl is buried with her family in a cemetery in Lyman."
