In the Russian-occupied Crimea, the sounds of explosions were heard in the city of Sevastopol. The air defense of the Russians worked. This is reported by local media, and the occupation administration also comments on the situation.
The Russian invaders reported a "drone attack" in the waters of the Sevastopol Bay in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Mikhail Razvozhaev, the so-called "governor" of Russian-occupied Sevastopol, wrote in his Telegram channel: "Ships of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation repelled a UAV attack in the waters of the Sevastopol Bay.
No facilities in the city were hit. Let's keep calm...". Eyewitnesses wrote on social networks that they woke up to the sounds of explosions early in the morning.
Russian propagandist mass media note that the work of the invaders' air defense lasted for about an hour - from 4.15 am to 5.15 am. Due to these events, the raid in Sevastopol was temporarily blocked, ferries and boats do not run there, movement between the districts of the temporarily occupied city is possible only by buses. It should be noted that the raid through the Sevastopol Bay provides a connection between the northern and southern parts of the Russian-occupied city in Crimea.
According to Russian reports, it was not the first time unknown drones were flying over the occupied Crimea. Previously, the Russians announced a drone attack on the Balaklava TPP, which Russia had built on the territory of the captured Ukrainian Autonomous Republic of Crimea already after the occupation.

The Russians claim that the drone attack took place on the night of October 27. At that time, the so-called "governor" of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, stated that only one of the transformers, which was undergoing maintenance and was not working, caught fire.
He claimed that "the transformer was minimally damaged" and there were no casualties as a result of the drone attack.
