He announced this in an interview with France 2, European Pravda reports. Ukraine will receive additional self-propelled howitzers and air defense systems from France. According to Macron, France is working on supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine with six additional Caesar ACS, which originally were to be transferred to Denmark, along with the anti-aircraft missiles "to protect Ukraine from missile strikes and drones."

Sky News, citing its own sources, reported that France will transfer to Ukraine the Crotale short-range air defense systems capable to intercept missiles and aircraft at low altitudes.

In addition, the French president stated that Paris is providing intelligence information to Kyiv, but objected that it would regard the Ukrainian attack on Russian territory. "The goals are clear - for them (Ukraine - ed.) to return to their borders as of 1991. The question is whether those military objectives will only be achieved through hostilities.
At some point, it will be in the interests of Ukraine and Russia to return to the negotiating table," Macron said.
