Russian forces continue to move significant amounts of forces to Melitopol area whilst building extensive fortifications

The main troop movement is from Kherson direction east towards Melitopol and inbetween Tokmak.

Russian forces are closing of certain areas in Melitopol and turning them into military bases whilst occupying villages and towns around Melitopol.
There is also significant reinforcement of the outskirts noticed.
