Russian occupation regime deports Kherson Oblast residents to southern Russia
The Russian occupation regime is forcibly deporting Ukrainians from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, especially from Kherson Oblast, to Russia's southern regions under the guise of "evacuation". The Kremlin is thus attempting to "correct" the demographic situation in Russia's southern republics and to prevent future resistance movements. Source: National Resistance Center
Quote from the National Resistance Center: "[S]uch evacuation is not voluntary. In fact, Moscow first generates a humanitarian crisis in the region by taking away medical and educational facilities, as well as pharmacies, from there. When life in a city is no longer possible, its residents are told about the offensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, about the bombing. [Evacuation] deadlines are set; these deadlines put psychological pressure on people. [...] As a result, when the civilian population from the temporarily occupied territories, mainly from Kherson Oblast, succumbs to panic, they are 'evacuated' to the southern federal district of the Russian Federation."
Details: The National Resistance Center explained that Ukrainian civilians are being deported to Krasnodar Krai and Stavropol Krai in Russia and banned from entering the free Ukraine.
Meanwhile, those Ukrainians who choose to remain on the Russian-occupied territories are forced to exist amid food shortages and a humanitarian crisis. The center additionally reported that the Russian occupation regime has ramped up its repressions against civilians in Ukraine. Once on Russian territory, the Russian government has promised that deported Ukrainians will receive one-time financial assistance and that the state will compensate for the purchase of housing.
However, this remains on paper only, and no payments are forthcoming.

The Russians also "lure" Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to southern regions of Russia under the pretext of rest and rehabilitation in children's camps. The parents are then banned from collecting their children or even entering the region due to the so-called "martial law".
The National Resistance Center has urged the residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to leave for Ukrainian-controlled territories. This is currently possible via the Vasylivka checkpoint in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. Significance: The National Resistance Center reported that Ukrainians are being resettled in regions that have been actively populated by the peoples of the Caucasus in recent decades.
According to the center, the Kremlin is thus trying to "balance the demographic situation in the region" because it wants to prevent the possibility of liberation movements of various peoples living in the Russian Federation.
