Russian occupiers create uninhabitable conditions for residents of Kherson Oblast to force them to flee

Thus, according to the information available, about a hundred children with disabilities were taken from the psychoneurological boarding school in Dnipriany, the Kakhovka district of Kherson Oblast. Children and staff of the Oleshky orphanage are being prepared for a forced "evacuation" to Moscow Oblast, Russia. Patients of the nursing home for the elderly were "evacuated" from the city of Kakhovka.
The Russian occupying forces have deployed military personnel on the territory of this facility. The Russian occupying authorities in Kherson Oblast are taking measures to artificially create uninhabitable living conditions for local residents by cutting off electricity and communication in order to force people to leave the oblast.
Russian servicemen have not stopped looting and robbing the local population and infrastructure, and they continue to take material resources, food and vehicles to the territory of the Russian Federation. The Russian forces continue to suffer losses.
According to updated information, on the night of 6 November, the storage point with fuel stocks was destroyed in Hola Prystan, Kherson Oblast. The Air Force of Ukraine conducted nine strikes on the Russians over the course of the day. It hit six clusters of Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment, as well as three positions of Russian air defence systems.

Ukrainian Rocket Forces and Artillery struck four control points, two clusters of Russian military personnel, weapons and ammunition storage points of the Russian occupiers. At the same time, the Russian invaders are trying to hold the temporarily occupied territories, focusing their efforts on deterring the actions of the defence forces of Ukraine on certain fronts.
The Russian forces are conducting offensive actions on the Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka fronts. The Russian forces are attacking the units of the defence forces of Ukraine along the contact line; carrying out engineering tasks to reinforce their positions on several fronts; and conducting aerial reconnaissance. The Russian troops are continuing to carry out attacks on critical infrastructure and civilian homes.
Over the course of the day, the Russian forces carried out four missile strikes and 12 air strikes, as well as over 14 attacks using multiple rocket launchers (MLRS). The Russian occupiers attacked the areas of about 10 settlements in Donetsk, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson oblasts. There were no significant changes on the Volyn and Polissia fronts.
On other fronts, the Russians continued to fire on military and civilian targets:
- On the Slobozhanshchyna front: Russian forces deployed tanks, mortars, rocket and tubed artillery to fire on areas in the vicinity of Udy, Vysoka Yaruha, Strilecha, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Starytsia, Vovchansk, Dvorichanske, Chuhunivka and Dvorichna;
- On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts: the Russians deployed various types of artillery to fire on areas in and around Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, Krokhmalne, Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Miasozharivka, Andriivka, Nevske, Serebrianka, Verkhnokamianske and Spirne;
- On the Bakhmut front: Russian forces deployed tanks, mortars, tubed and rocket artillery to fire on areas in and around Bilohorivka, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Maiorsk, Klishchiivka, Andriivka, Kurdiumivka, Ozarianivka and Maiorsk;
- On the Avdiivka front: the Russians deployed tanks and various types of artillery at their disposal to fire on areas in the vicinity of Avdiivka, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Paraskoviivka, Novomykhailivka and Yelyzavetivka;
- On the Novopavlivka front: the Russians deployed tanks and various types of artillery to fire on areas in and around Vuhledar, Pavlivka, Vremivka, Novosilka and Novopil;
- On the Zaporizhzhia front: the Russians deployed mortars, tubed and rocket artillery to fire on areas in and around Olhivske, Chervone, Huliaipole, Dorozhnianka, Huliaipilske, Charivne and Novodanylivka;
- On the Pivdennyi Buh front: the Russians deployed various types of artillery at their disposal, striking towns and villages situated along the line of contact. In particular, Illinka in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, came under Russian fire from a multiple rocket launcher.
According to the General Staff of Ukraine, Belarus is continuing to support Russia's military aggression against Ukraine by providing it with military infrastructure, territory and airspace. The redeployment of the units of the Russian Armed Forces to the territory of Belarus to create a joint regional group of forces continues.
The threat of Russian strikes and the use of strike UAVs from the territory and airspace of Belarus remains.
