Previously: On 15 November, Russian missiles hit residential buildings in central Kyiv; one person was killed. At least half of the capital's residents have been left without electricity due to the Russian attacks. In addition to Kyiv, missile strikes were carried out on Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Volyn, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Kharkiv oblasts.
