Quote from Musaieva: "This is the acknowledgement of the work of Ukrainska Pravda staff, who, since the very first day of a full-scale invasion, cover this horrible, barbaric war every day and do everything in their power so that none of its aspects remain without attention. We are doing this and we will be doing this for our readers, no matter how hard it may be." Background: The Albert Londres Prize is a French award for young - up to 40 years of age - journalists and reporters.

It was founded in 1932 in memory of a deceased journalist Albert Londres.

At first the award was received only in the nomination of "the best written report", and then "the best television report" nomination was added in 1985.  The award ceremony takes place in different cities throughout the world, in a different city each year, portraying in this way the wide geographical coverage of Londres' reports.
