Kharkiv completely without electricity because of Russian attacks

Critical infrastructure facilities in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv Oblast are damaged and power outages may occur. 

Oleh Syniehubov, Head of Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported earlier that there had been strikes on critical infrastructure facilities in Chuhuiv district. As a result, electricity outages may occur. "As of now, there were no casualties," he added.  The occupiers have hit critical infrastructure in Kharkiv Oblast three times on Friday.
