Number of victims increasing. Russia has killed 450 Ukrainian children
More than 1,313 Ukrainian children have been affected by the full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as of the morning of 17 December. As a result of the war, 450 children have been killed, and more than 863 have been injured to various degrees of severity, the Prosecutor General's Office reports. A 1,5-year-old child died as a result of a missile attack on a residential building in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, on 16 December.
Four more children aged between three and 10 were injured.

"These figures are not final, as work on establishing them in places of active hostilities, in temporarily occupied and liberated territories is ongoing," juvenile prosecutors emphasise. The official information of juvenile prosecutors states that 331 children have gone missing, and 13,613 children have been deported.
3,126 educational institutions were damaged due to the bombing and shelling by the Russian occupiers; 337 of them were completely destroyed. The number of killed and wounded Ukrainian children is constantly increasing due to the actions of the occupiers.
