Occupiers reorganise units in Luhansk Oblast and do not pay compensation for those killed – General Staff report

After carrying out the mentioned measures, the relatives of the servicemen killed are denied compensation in the amount of 3,000,000 Russian roubles (approximately USD£47,694) due to the disbandment of the unit and the lack of legal grounds." Details: The General Staff also reported that fake information aimed at discrediting the military-political leadership of Ukraine is being spread on the territory of the Russian Federation, namely, alleged evidence of the appointment of monetary rewards for killing servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from USD£700 to USD£1,000.
Over the course of the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out two rocket strikes and three air strikes, as well as over 20 attacks using multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) at the positions of Ukrainian troops and at the settlements along the line of contact. They hit civilian infrastructure facilities in the cities of Kupiansk, Zolochiv and Ochakiv once again.
The threat of Russian missile attacks on the energy system and critical infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine remains. There were no significant changes on the Volyn and Polissia fronts, and no signs of forming offensive hostile groups were detected.

On the Sivershchyna front, Russian forces carried out mortar and tubed artillery attacks on the settlements of Khrinivka and Hremiach (Chernihiv Oblast), as well as Seredyna-Buda and Chernetske (Sumy Oblast).
On the Slobozhanshchyna front, Russian forces deployed artillery to fire on areas in and around Veterynarne, Hoptivka, Strilecha, Zelene, Ternova, Starytsia, Varvarivka, Dvorichna and Kamianka (Kharkiv Oblast). The occupiers carried out an air strike near Kamianka. On the Kupiansk front, the Russians are on the defensive.
Russian troops fired on the areas in and around the settlements of Berestove, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kyslivka, Kotliarivka, and Tabaivka (Kharkiv Oblast), and Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, and Pishchane (Luhansk Oblast). On the Lyman front, Russian attacks were recorded in the areas in and around Makiivka, Ploshchanka, and Nevske (Luhansk Oblast), and Torske, and Hryhorivka (Donetsk Oblast). On the Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts, the Russians are continuing their attempts to launch an offensive.
They deployed tanks, mortars, and tubed and rocket artillery to attack 30 settlements, namely Andriivka, Verkhnokamianske, Berestove, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Blahodatne, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Opytne, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Hostre, Marinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk Oblast). The occupiers used operational-tactical and army aircraft to carry out attacks near Spirne, Klishchiivka, Pivnichne, Kamianka, Pervomaiske and Nevelske. On the Novopavlivka front, the Russians are on the defensive.
They carried out artillery and mortar attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops near Vuhledar, Novosilka, Prechystivka and Zolota Nyva (Donetsk Oblast). On the Zaporizhzhia front, the Russians deployed artillery to fire on areas of 22 settlements. These are, in particular, Vremivka, Novopil (Donetsk Oblast), and Dorozhnianka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Orikhiv, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mali Shcherbaky, and Stepove (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).
The occupiers also used aviation for strikes on the areas of Mali Shcherbaky and Stepove. On the Kherson front, the invaders are conducting defensive actions. Its artillery and tank attacks were recorded in the areas of 17 settlements near the contact line.
These are, in particular, the settlements of Kachkarivka, Monastyrske, Novoberyslav, Beryslav, Lvove, Ivanivka, Novotiahynka, Inzhenerne, Prydniprovske and Antonivka (Kherson Oblast), as well as the suburbs of Kherson.
Rocket Forces and Artillery units of the Ukrainian defence forces struck five control points, eight personnel clusters, an area of artillery concentration and an ammunition storage point of the Russians over the past day.
