The government of Montenegro allocated 11% of the military budget to help Ukraine.

Yesterday, December 5, Montenegro and Ukraine signed a declaration of support for the Euro-Atlantic perspective.

Thus, it became the third NATO country, after Belgium and the Czech Republic, to sign such a document.
