The object was identified as a rocket booster. Digi24 reported about this. Specialists arrived at the site of the find, they determined that this was the rocket's marching engine and was a completely safe part.
Judging by the published footage, this must be a part of an anti-aircraft missile from the Pantsir-S1 SAM. "It (a fragment of the missile - ed.) was taken and transferred to the relevant structures of the Ministry of Defense.
The object does not pose any danger, it is a component that propels the missile," commented in the Dobrogea emergency services department. Part of the rocket was found on the coast adjacent to the Gura Portitei Hotel. It is 100 km from the city of Vylkove in the Odesa region.

Pantsir-S1 is a Russian ground-based self-propelled anti-aircraft missile and gun system (SAM).
It is intended for close cover of civilian and military facilities from air attack means. It can also protect the object from ground attacks. It should be reminded that sea mines are also carried to the shores of Romania.
