German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock visited Kharkiv.

Baerbock promised more weapons for Ukraine, as well as "concrete proposals" to facilitate Ukraine's accession to the EU.

She also called Kharkiv "a symbol of the absolute madness of the Russian war against Ukraine".

In Kharkiv she saw with her own eyes how children's playgrounds are subject to daily Russian rocket attacks.
