Russians start another wave of mobilisation in occupied Alchevsk
Russian invaders have started another wave of mobilisation in temporarily occupied Alchevsk, Luhansk Oblast, because of heavy losses at the contact line. Source: Luhansk Oblast Military Administration (Luhansk OMA) on Telegram Quote from the Luhansk OMA: "The Russians are not stopping their conscription of men in the temporarily occupied territories in order to replenish their manpower.
Thus, another wave of conscription started on 9 January in Alchevsk." Details: The military administration has noted that the occupiers are carrying out various provocations at the line of contact.
In particular, assault groups from the Russian forces have been detected using Ukrainian military uniform near Kreminna. In addition, Luhansk OMA has pointed out that the Russians could be planning "false flag" operations in order to discredit the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Luhansk OMA has stressed that the Russians use red, white or blue ribbons on their legs to distinguish their units from Ukrainian ones. Moreover, hospitals in Bilokurakyne, Starobilsk and Novoaidar are overcrowded with wounded Russian soldiers. In Dovzhansk, wounded Russians are even being treated in maternity wards and neighbouring sanatoriums.
