Russians tighten checks in Starobilsk after successful strikes by Ukrainian Armed Forces

Banking institutions operating there require exclusively Russian passports to issue payment cards. At the same time, according to Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, units of the Defence Forces of Ukraine have repelled Russian attacks in the areas of Stelmakhivka, Makiivka, and Ploshchanka. On the Kupiansk front, the settlements of Kuzemivka, Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Oblast came under Russian fire.
On the Lyman front, Russians attacked Makiivka, Ploshchanka, Kuzmyne and Dibrova in Luhansk Oblast.

The Ukrainian Air Force carried out 15 airstrikes on clusters of Russian forces, as well as on three anti-aircraft missile system positions. Over the past day, Ukrainian defenders shot down a Russian Su-25 aircraft and a Mi-8 helicopter.
Fighters from Rocket Forces and Artillery units targeted two clusters of Russian military personnel and military equipment.
