Criminal proceedings have now been initiated, and investigators from the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, and the State Bureau of Investigation will continue their work. I can say one thing: there will be a very large amount of investigative work to find out all the circumstances. However, we have a request to all of you and to the people who saw the helicopter fly over, we understand that it was flying at low altitude for a long period of time, so please contact the National Police on 102 [the police emergency telephone line - ed.] or local police.
