16 missiles were shot down by our defenders. In addition, the occupiers carried out 24 airstrikes and also deployed multiple-launch rocket systems [MLRS] to carry out 50 further attacks. There were casualties among the civilian population."

Details: Over the past day, units from the defence forces have repelled Russian attacks in the areas of Hrianykivka and Synkivka in Kherson Oblast, Stelmakhivka, Kreminna, Dibrova and Bilohorivka in Luhansk Oblast, and Rozdolivka, Fedorivka, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Sievierne, Vodiane, Marinka, Novomykhailivka and Vuhledar in Donetsk Oblast. No offensive groups of the Russians were detected on the Volyn, Polissia, Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts, although at the same time, the Russians are continuing to keep their units in the areas bordering Ukraine.
The General Staff noted that the training of units of Russian troops continues at Belarusian training grounds. During the past day, areas near Popivka, Bachivsk and Partyzanske in Sumy Oblast, as well as Veterynarne, Hraniv, Svitlychne, Strilecha and Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast, were shelled. On the Kupiansk and Lyman fronts, Russia fired on the settlements of Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Hrianykivka and Kucherivka in Kharkiv Oblast, Stelmakhivka, Nevske and Chervonopopivka in Luhansk Oblast, and Berestove in Donetsk Oblast.
On the Bakhmut front, Spirne, Vyimka, Bilohorivka, Vesele, Rozdolivka, Fedorivka, Vasiukivka, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Stupochky, Predtechyne, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Kurdiumivka and Ozarianivka were affected by fire. On the Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk fronts, Russian forces fired from artillery on the settlements of Vesele, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Pobieda, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, Bohoiavlenka, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosilka, Vremivka and Neskuchne in Donetsk Oblast. On the Zaporizhzhia front, areas of Zelene Pole and Novopil in Donetsk Oblast as well as Malynivka, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Bilohiria, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanylivka, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka and Kamianske in Zaporizhzhia Oblast were hit by Russian fire.
On the Kherson front, Russian artillery fire affected areas of Zmiivka, Tokarivka, Antonivka and Kherson. People were injured. The Air Force of the Defence Forces of Ukraine carried out 13 strikes on the areas where Russian personnel and military equipment were concentrated, as well as a strike on an anti-aircraft missile system position during the 24 hours.
In addition, Rocket Forces and Artillery units hit four clusters of Russian manpower, an artillery unit at a firing position, two anti-aircraft missile system positions, an ammunition storage point and two other important targets belonging to the Russian occupiers.
