Details: The declaration states that the UK's military, humanitarian and economic support to Ukraine since the invasion has reached nearly GBP4 billion. The UK is "proud to be the largest supplier of military aid to Ukraine after the United States," with support of GBP2.3 billion in 2022. The UK remains committed to provide aid to help restore Ukraine's energy grid and other civilian infrastructure and to continue sanctions against Russia, including pursuing all lawful routes to ensure that frozen or immobilised Russian assets are made available in support of Ukraine's reconstruction.

The UK stressed that it is working with Ukraine to help develop the country's longer-term force structures and capabilities and will work with NATO allies ahead of the Vilnius Summit "to deepen Ukraine's interoperability with NATO, and to accelerate Ukraine's transition to NATO standards."

The UK stressed that it welcomes President Zelenskyy's Peace Formula and is prepared to help Ukraine implement its principles. It was also announced that the UK will co-host the Ukraine Recovery Conference in London on 21-22 June 2023. "We are confident that together with our allies and partners, we will defeat Russia's illegal and unprovoked invasion and build a stronger Ukraine where peace and prosperity will prevail," the London Declaration concludes.
