Background: Yurii Ihnat, spokesman for Ukraine's Air Force, reported on the national joint 24/7 newscast that Russian forces carried out a major missile strike on Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia oblasts on the morning of 10 February, launching a record 35 S-300 missiles from Belgorod Oblast (Russia) and from near Tokmak (Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Ukraine).
