Quote: "Now the defenders of eastern Ukraine perform an incredible feat - they are exhausting the enemy, causing losses in manpower and equipment, which is definitely reflected both in the quality of the enemy's conduct of attacks, their moral and psychological state. I think that precisely the defence forces of the east are doing everything to ensure that the enemy is exhausted and unable to carry out major offensive operations. At a time when, under the command of the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief of the General Staff, reserves are being prepared to deal a decisive blow to the enemy and push him away from our territory - using, of course, the help of our partners from the free world."
