Polish company donates funds for Oncilla armored vehicle to Ukraine’s Intelligence

A frame from the social media video The upgraded Oncilla armored vehicle was handed over to the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The intelligence department said that the funds for the purchase of an armored vehicle were donated by the Polish Trans Select company.
"There are 30 such vehicles that are already fighting. They showed themselves very well on the battlefield, saved lives," said Viktor Levchenko, representative of the Beryl Design Bureau. The Oncilla armored vehicle is a licensed version of the Ukrainian-designed Dozor-B armored vehicle, which is produced by the Polish Mista company.
The Oncilla is equipped with a light combat module with a 12.7mm heavy machine gun and has a 10x thermal sight. Information on the sale of a license for the production of a Dozor-B armored vehicle to the Polish Mista company appeared in 2013.
Soon after that, a version of the Dozor-B called Oncilla was demonstrated at the MSPO-2013 armaments exhibition in Poland. The first Oncilla armored vehicle was assembled at the Kyiv Armored Vehicle Plant, further production continued in Poland. In 2016, it appeared that the Polish version of the vehicle was being tested in Ukraine, but information about the tests results was not made public.

In February 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine announced information about the supply of weapons to the Armed Forces in 2019, among which were Oncilla armored vehicles.
At the Egypt Defense Expo in 2022, the Ukrainian Beryl DB, together with Mista company, presented a new modification of the Oncilla APC.

According to the representative of Beryl DB, "then the most attention was attracted by the demining version and the promising fire support machine. Therefore, a version of the Oncilla Mk2 APC with a 90 mm gun on the hull was introduced.
Design bureau developed it together with the Polish company Mista.
