Come Back Alive Foundation equipped mortar crews from three TDF brigades

Photo credits: Come Back Alive The Come Back Alive Foundation handed over all the necessary equipment to form the reconnaissance and strike systems of three territorial defense brigades.

Foundation's press service announced this on its social media. The first three Territorial Defense Brigades now have everything needed to deploy reconnaissance and strike systems with 120-mm mortars as part of the "LONG HANDS for TERRITORIAL DEFENSE" project. Three mortar batteries of the 112th, 114th, and 241st TDF brigades received cars, radio and power supplies, drones, and tablets worth UAH 13,284,750.50.

Three brigades received:

  • 9 pickups;
  • 42 radios with additional batteries;
  • 9 sets of Mavic 3 UAVs and 27 batteries to them;
  • 24 tablets with an Armor app for gunners;
  • 9 Starlink terminals;
  • 9 generators, 9 inverters, and 9 capacious batteries;
  • 9 monoculars with mesh and compass.

The next step is to transfer thermal imaging optics and 120-mm mortars to these units and train their crews. Militarnyi previously reported that on April 3, the completion of the production of the first batch of 120mm mortars for the Territorial Defense Forces was announced.

"Long Hands of the Territorial Defense" Project

Due to public donations, Come Back Alive collected UAH 333 million to purchase six 120mm mortars and auxiliary equipment and equipment for each Territorial Defense Brigade. Each TDF brigade will receive a set from the Fund, which will include cars, mortars, communications and surveillance devices, and other related equipment.
