King Charles III Coronation: New details revealed on procession
Buckingham Palace has revealed new details on King Charles III's Coronation but there is still no word on whether his son Prince Harry or Meghan Markle will attend. The King will be crowned at Westminster Abbey alongside his wife Queen Consort Camilla on May 6. They will then be taken on a Royal Procession back to the palace, via the Gold State Coach, a carriage used in every Coronation since King William IV in 1831.

But with less than a month to go before one of the biggest Royal events in modern history, it is unknown if the King's son Harry will attend. "It is what everybody has been talking about and they've been keeping everybody waiting, not just those who are interested in whether they're attending but also the organisers," Daily Mirror Royal Editor, Russell Myers told Today. "They still haven't sent back their RSVP, we're still the none the wiser - we are led to believe they're close to making a decision, so I suppose we'll hold our breath until they do."
Harry's relationship with his family has been tumultuous since his wedding to Meghan Markle in 2018, with the fifth-in-line to the throne making damning claims against them in a Netflix special, tell-all book and several high-profile interviews over the past year.

"Despite all the rifts and rumours that we've had about people pinning each other against walls and throwing each other on dog bowls or whatever it is a very sad story of a family breaking apart," Myers said.
"I'm sure the King would want that unity and togetherness he spoke about when made King, but I don't think we'll see any kissing and making-up before the Coronation. "I doubt we see it in the immediate aftermath, but if Harry and Meghan do come I'm sure they'll be on their best behaviour and try and not overshadow this big event."
