Socorro police finds possible victims of sex trafficking in drug stash …

SOCORRO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) -- The Socorro Police Department found human trafficking victims in a reported stash house on Wednesday. Officers conducted a raid at the 11600 block of Flor Celosia for reports of a stash house of illegal substances. Upon entry, officers found illegal substances and more than seven undocumented migrants.

Preliminary information suggests that a large number of unaccompanied and younger aged females located have been the target of sex trafficking and were treated by emergency medical services on the scene, according to police. No injuries were reported at this time. Socorro Police Department is processing the scene and continues to investigate.
