The purchase procedures and arrangement of their shipment to Lithuania took about a month. Ukraine will receive a total of sixteen radars instead of the previously planned 14, of which 12 will be regular stationary ones and 4 more will be mobile ones. Funds for modern Israeli-made radars were collected under the fundraising campaign, which started on January 30 and received the Lithuanian name RADAROM!
The public initiatives "Blue/Yellow", "Laisves TV", "1K fondas", and "Stiprus kartu", along with the Lithuanian public broadcaster LRT participated in the campaign.

The ieMHR radar is a tactical three-dimensional radar manufactured by the Israeli company RADA, which is capable of detecting even small targets in the scanning area.
It provides the operator of the system with information about the position and altitude of the detected flying objects.
According to the manufacturer, the radar is able to work effectively in conditions of active use of radio-electronic interference.
