"At night, an unmanned aerial vehicle crashed into the construction of the plant's inter-shop overpass in the area of the village of Kiselevka, Krasnoselsky district, at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery, after which it exploded," a Russian official said. The governor of the Rostov region added that the alleged fire, which rose as a result of the drone explosion, was immediately extinguished by the enterprise's forces, while the emergency services were not involved. According to a Russian official, no casualties or victims were reported, and the damage to the buildings of the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery is allegedly insignificant.
