The following article contains discussion of baby loss that some readers may find upsetting.
The Only Way Is Essex star Georgia Kousoulou has shared a powerful message about the pain of having a miscarriage. The reality star and her co-star and partner Tommy Mallet previously asked their social media followers to grant them privacy as they mourned the tragic loss of their child.
Now, Georgia has broken her social media silence to address how she and Tommy are doing. She also took a moment to explain why the pair continued to film their ITVX series Baby Steps in spite of the trauma. "I think it's important to show the good & the bad," Georgia said. "It has been hard to film at times & bits will be hard to watch but it has also made me talk out loud which I think really helps. "There's often silence over a loss of a baby because a lot of people don't know what to say or how to say it but for me. "I have wanted & needed to talk about my [baby] because for me I wanted to acknowledge the love & excitement I felt."
Georgia added that they will go into more detail about what they went through in the new series of Georgia & Tommy: Baby Steps, in hopes of helping others who are going through similar circumstances.
