Another death from flood reported in Kherson Oblast, 13 people still missing

Four people in Kherson Oblast have died as a result of flooding after the blowing up of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant (HPP), 13 people are missing, and one person has died in Mykolaiv Oblast. Source: Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko, who is in charge of the flood emergency response, on the situation as of 12:00 Quote: "2,412 people have been evacuated [in Kherson Oblast - ed].

Four people have died.

11 were injured as a result of shelling during the evacuation measures.

13 people are considered missing. In Mykolaiv Oblast, 23 settlements have been flooded.

825 people have been evacuated. One person has died."

Details: Klymenko said 48 settlements have been flooded in Kherson Oblast, of which 34 (3,625 houses) are in Ukrainian-controlled territory and 14 are in temporarily occupied territory.
