Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the occupied Pryazovia with Storm Shadow

2 June, 2023 Consequences of a missile attack on the port in Berdyansk, June 2, 2023 The defense forces have launched a massive missile attack on objects of critical importance for Russian troops in the occupied territories of Pryazovia. Militarnyi reports.

Around 12:00 p.m., the Defense Forces targeted the sea port of Berdiansk, which the invaders used as a logistics hub for the delivery of ammunition and other military property by sea. According to the video published by the Russians, it can be assumed that the missiles penetrated the enemy's air defense and reached the port. Currently, according to information from local residents, ambulances are heading to the port, while some Russian ships are leaving the port.

As early as May 28, there were reports of Russian ships entering the port of Berdiansk.

One of the videos published on social networks captured a cluster of Russian military equipment guarded by the Pantsir-S1 SAM at berth No10. It was also reported about a series of powerful explosions near Henichesk of the Kherson region.

Most of the strikes inflicted on Russian objects in the occupied territories are beyond the limits of the defeat of modern Western systems already familiar to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, such as HIMARS. So, it is likely that the Ukrainian military used the recently adopted Storm Shadow cruise missiles.

This is not the first case of rocket attacks on infrastructure objects of the invaders.

On May 27, a series of explosions were heard on the outskirts of Berdiansk, which was accompanied by the operation of enemy air defense systems. Preliminary information suggests that the attack was carried out on recreation centers in the village of Novopetrivka near Berdiansk, where the Russian invaders were deployed. The Khimik and Vesna recreation centers, located on the coast of the Sea of Azov, were hit.

On the same day, powerful explosions were heard on the territory of the Azovkabel plant in occupied Berdiansk.
