The explosion occurred during repair work in the company's workshop during the dismantling of equipment. According to one of the versions suggested by the media of the aggressor country, the explosion could have occurred on a technical pipeline through which nitrogen was supplied.

It is reported that six people died and two more were injured in the incident at the Russian plant.

At the same time, the explosion did not cause a fire. All the dead and injured are the workers of the third and fifth workshops of the plant. It is worth noting that the Promsintez plant is currently one of the main manufacturers of industrial explosives in Russia.

The products of this plant are used in the mining industry for the exploration of oil and gas deposits, as well as for the extraction of minerals. As previously reported, on July 4, a ?iG-31 interceptor of the Russian Aerospace Forces crashed during a training flight in Kamchatka.
