Ukraine launched the Procurement Review program together with NATO
Ukraine agreed with the NATO headquarters on the launch of the Procurement Review program. Oleksii Reznikov, Minister of Defense of Ukraine, announced this. According to him, this decision was made in Vilnius after the North Atlantic Alliance summit.
The Minister of Defense of Ukraine drew attention to the fact that the department already interacts directly with NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency - Ed.), and representatives of the Ministry of Defense participate in relevant trainings. "So that our counterparties work according to their models, according to their standards, and essentially become the system of their network," Reznikov noted.

There will also be an analysis of the procurement of weapons and military equipment, aid, and training of people, and a possibly improved modernized system will be proposed.
He clarified that today, the State Anti-Corruption Program is considered a subordinate agency from the perspective of the NATO movement, which ensures transparency, accountability, and corruption risk prevention. In accordance with the law, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense also conducts procurement for its activities through the ProZorro system. This applies to the purchase of equipment, military uniforms, food products, medical supplies, etc.

The selection of performers is carried out by an automatic system that evaluates applicants due to a number of parameters and gives preference to the one offering the lowest price.
