EU Council meeting begins in Kyiv: it's held outside EU borders for the first time

Poland will be represented by Deputy Minister Wojciech Gierwel, Latvia by State Secretary Andris Pelss, and Hungary by Deputy State Secretary Zsolt Bunford. "I put on the table several proposals, the ministers will continue discussing, and in the preparation of the meeting that we will have in Kyiv in the weeks to come," Borrell said a while ago.
