First mobile air defense teams receive telecommunication kits from Come Back Alive Foundation

The transfer took place as part of the "Pack the Sky - Boost Air Defense" project, which is being implemented jointly with Nova Poshta. The equipment will help the Ukrainian military shoot down enemy missiles and drones. Several dozens of the first mobile teams of the Air Command Center units of the Ukrainian Air Force have recently received telecommunication kits and related equipment worth 8,060,897.2 UAH.

They will be used by Ukrainian soldiers operating man-portable air defense systems or large-caliber machine guns to destroy cruise missiles, as well as reconnaissance and strike drones of the Russian invaders.

The telecommunication kits are a backpack-sized autonomous hub with all the secure communication channels necessary for soldiers.

"So a disruption in the operation of one or even several of these channels will still allow the crew of the mobile fire team to receive orders, information on the target's movement and other data to destroy it in time," emphasized the Come Back Alive Foundation.

The Come Back Alive Foundation also completed the telecommunication Kits with 120 radios, purchased as part of a joint collection with the IT company N-iX. In addition to radios and 30 signal amplifiers, the crews of the airborne group received 60 tablets for real-time monitoring of the air situation.

A joint project of the Come Back Alive Foundation and Nova Poshta called "Pack the Sky - Boost Air Defense" was launched on June 1 this year.

Its goal is to raise UAH 330 million for communications and mobile command posts for air defense forces.

Recently, the fundraiser crossed the UAH 200 million mark.

The equipment will help the defenders of the sky stay in touch and respond to enemy air attacks even faster.
