All-clear given throughout Ukraine after landing of Russian fighter jet

An all-clear was given throughout Ukraine on the afternoon of 8 November after the landing of a MiG-31K fighter jet, which can carry Kh-47 Kinzhal hypersonic missiles; it had taken off in Russia but then landed without firing. Details: The air-raid warning was initially issued in Kyiv and Vinnytsia Oblast and extended to cover the whole country soon afterwards. Updated: At 15:06 all-clears were sounded. The air raid warning lasted for about 40 minutes.
