Solar panels are installed both on modular blocks and on the roofs of existing institutions, and on land plots next to the modular hospital - depending on the situation. The solar station also includes 50 kW backup electric power storage units installed in modular hospitals, hybrid and network inverters, and software for online operation of the stations.
160 kW diesel generators with a fuel reserve have also been installed for emergency power supply to five hospitals.

GIZ Ukraine implements activities within the framework of the EU4ResilientRegions - Special Assistance Programme Ukraine project, which is co-financed by the European Union and the German government.
