Ukraine's Defence Forces repel assaults on six fronts and hold positions on left bank of Kherson Oblast – General Staff report
Ukraine's Defence Forces continue to hold positions on the left bank of Dnipro in Kherson Oblast and inflict fire damage on the Russians. Details: On the Kupiansk front, the Russians carried out assaults near Synkivka and east of Petropavlivka (Kharkiv Oblast), where the Defence Forces repelled 10 attacks. On the Bakhmut front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assaults near Klishchiivka, Andriivka and the eastern part of Pivdenne (Donetsk Oblast), where Ukrainian soldiers repelled 19 attacks. On the Avdiivka front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assaults east of Novobakhmutivka, Stepove and Avdiivka (Donetsk Oblast), where the Defence Forces repulsed seven attacks. On the Marinka front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assaults near Marinka, Pobieda and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk Oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repulsed 10 attacks.
On the Shakhtarsk front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assaults west of Staromaiorske (Donetsk Oblast), where Ukrainian defenders repelled two attacks. On the Zaporizhzhia front, the Russians conducted unsuccessful assaults near Robotyne and north-west of Verbove (Zaporizhzhia Oblast). At the same time, the Defence Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation on the Melitopol front and offensive (assault) actions on the Bakhmut front, inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the Russian forces, and exhaust the Russians along the entire front line.
