Ukrainian Air Force shoots down all 21 Shahed UAVs and 2 out of 3 missiles targeting Ukraine

Russia has attacked Ukraine with 21 Shahed kamikaze UAVs and 3 Kh-59 guided missiles on the night of 28-29 November. Ukrainian air defences have destroyed all drones and two of missiles. Source: Ukrainian Air Force on Telegram

Details: The Russians launched drones from around the city of Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia) and deployed missiles from the airspace of the occupied part of Kherson Oblast.   Fighter jets, anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Air Force and Defence Forces took part in repelling the air attack. "We responded to the Shahed drone attack across Odesa, Dnipro, Kyiv, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Khmelnytskyi oblasts.

Two missiles were shot down over Mykolaiv Oblast.

"The third missile did not reach the designated target!" the Air Force emphasised.
