A reconnaissance drone spotted Russian military equipment near the building.

One of the vehicles looked like a mobile command post vehicle based on an APC-80, possibly a R149BMR. There was also a military truck. Having identified the coordinates of the building with the Russian invaders, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit it.

According to the published video, the strike was delivered with high precision, and the nearby buildings were not damaged. OSINT analysts used the video to determine the coordinates of the building.
