Advertisement:Details: Around 22:30 on Friday, 17 November, Tkach and his crew were filming near the Tandyr restaurant, where several high-ranking officials from the Prosecutor's Office had been spotted. There were many cars parked outside of the restaurant.
When the security guards of one of the restaurant customers spotted cameras, they flashed their car's fog lights and blocked the car Tkach was in. Quote from Tkach: "I got out of the car and said I was an Ukrainska Pravda journalist. Security guards started blocking me.
One of them approached me and hit the camera, and then he also hit me."
