The Ministry of Defense of Finland reported on this. This is the 21st military aid package from Finland since the beginning of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war, and its value is estimated at about EUR106 million. "Finland is committed to supporting Ukraine in both the short and long term.

The total value of the defense equipment packages we have already delivered is EUR1.6 billion," said Finnish Defense Minister Antti Hakkanen. For operational reasons and to ensure the safe delivery of the aid, no details on the exact content, method, or timing of the new aid package are being disclosed.

Additional assistance was provided, taking into account both the needs of Ukraine and the resources of the Finnish Armed Forces. On December 5, Militarnyi reported that Finland will soon start producing large-caliber artillery shells for Ukraine. Local company Nammo Lapua Oy will be supplying the 155mm artillery shells.

In November, Finland transferred a new military aid package to Ukraine, estimated at EUR100 million.

This aid package from Finland is the 20th since the beginning of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war. On October 29, Militarnyi previously reported that Finland is preparing a new aid package for Ukraine aimed at protecting critical infrastructure in the fall and winter.

Finland's assistance reportedly targets strengthening the capacity of Ukrainian rescuers.
